unibet poker         Unibet Poker is owned by the Unibet Group which also offers casino, bingo, skillgames and sportsbetting. Unibet started with their sportsbetting activities which made them a big organisation on the gambling market.

In 2005 they bought pokersite MrBookmaker and in the mean time they became a serious pokerroom.

The Live Unibet Tournaments with buy-ins of €1.500 are a very good alternative for the European Poker Tour which is financially a few steps too high for some players.

Unibet is using the software of Microgaming which is one of the biggest poker networks. You play against players from Unibet but also from other pokerrooms which are part of the Primapoker network of microgaming. On this network you can find many casino players who are playing loose games so easy to win.

Poker at Unibet is nice but when you are bored you can easily play casino or sportsbettings with your same account. Unibet doesn't have a spectacular software, but it's reliable and user friendly.

Software

Unibet has invested a lot of time in their software in the last few years which you can see when you enter the lobby. The Lobby is user friendly and you have a nice overview of all the tables and games. They have a search option to find the tournament or game you prefer the most. With the slider you can set exactly which stakes you want to play.

Another good feature is to change the table settings. Unibet offers standard many graphic options but you can also turn these off. Also the colour of the tables and the background you can change according to your wishes. You can also upload your own photo to use as avatar and it's very easy to make notes about other players.

Tournaments

Unibet is famous for the Unibet Open tournament. When you play on this site you have access to the qualifier tournaments which has many bad players so not difficult to qualify. Every sundag night at around 19:30 (UK time) there is a qualifier for the next Unibet Open with a buy-in of €275+€25. Three seats are guaranteed and for every 10 players there will be 1 ticket in the pot. The maximum players is 50 so these tournaments don't take so long. If you don't want to pay the €300 you can join in different satellites and freerolls for steps into the qualifier.

If you win a package to the Unibet Open you win the flight ticket, hotel and tournament ticket. The Unibet open is a very nice tournament with nice prices to win.

For the rest they have daily after every 15 minutes a tournament starting and in the evenings even more. Most tournaments have a buy-in until maximum €25. The structure is good with 2500 chips stack and 15 minutes levels.

Another nice tournament at Unibet Poker is the Survivor tournaments, where after so many minutes a percentage of the players with the lowest stack will be kicked out. There are also many freerolls for the beginning player.
