The game starts at the Dealer Button. The first player left of the dealer button is the Small Blind and the second player left of the dealer button is the Big Blind. The amount which has to be paid by the big- and small blind is a fixed amount decided from the beginning. During the game the blinds increase. After evere hand the Dealer Button will move to the left clockwise.

These positions have to pay the blinds before any card has been dealt. The Big Blind is two times the value of the Small Blind. These two players are the last two to decide if they want to fold, raise of check. All the other players made their decision and the two blinds have a better view on the situation.

Early Positions

The early positions (the yellow seats) are the first players to make a decision based on their two cards. At that moment they have no information yet about the cards of the other players. This is a difficult position and we advise you only to play when you have good cards. According to the basic rules you only play if you have at least a pair of 8's or higher. If you have K-K or A-A we advise you to raise the bet.

Middle positions

The middle positions (the green seats) are the second group players who have to make a decision based on their cards and the moves of the first positions. These players have a bit more information of what the first two players did. According to the basic rules you play if you have a pair of 4's or higher or 2 cards with a Ace and 9 or higher. If you have a pair of 8's or higher or 2 face cards with at least one Ace we advise you to raise the bet.

Late positions

The late positions (pink color) are the third group players who have to make a decision based on their cards and the action of the previous players. According to the basic rules you play if you have a pair of 4's or two face cards with at least one Ace and a 9. If you have a pair of 8's or two face cards with at least one Ace we advise you to raise the bet.

The small blind

You already placed the half of the bet. With al the action taken place in front of you it's your turn to make a decision. If you want to play you place your bet minus the value of the small blind which you paid at the start of the round.

The bling blind

As the latest player at the table you already placed the bet. Only when somebody raised you have to pay more otherwise you automatically play for the Flop. The flop is the first three open cards which are placed on the table.

Selection of hands

It's important to look at your position in the round and the cards which are dealt on the table. Don't play every hand but be patience and atack when you have a potential winning hand.

Use your mind

Your bet is always depending on your chip- stack and the position at the table. We can give you many rules and strategies but what we can not teach you is experience and to read the other players mind.
